Free Functionality Update

Bespoke Electronic Forms

Enrolpay has developed a new function for building bespoke electronic forms which enable you to collect and manage data from both employee and non-employee.

The new function can be found under the ‘Forms’ section in your portal login*. We are providing the functionality and two standard forms free of charge to all our customers. Bespoke forms can be added on request, these will be chargeable.

First Free Form: COVID-19 Exposure Form

These enable Employers to monitor Covid-19 within their organisation. The Employer will be able to email a link to an interactive Covid-19 form to their Employees. The Employee completes and signs the form on their device (smart phone/tablet/laptop) and returns it to the Employer. The Employee will have access to view their completed form. The Employer will be able to view the completed form and will be alerted if any responses show action is required. The form may be issued repeatedly at regular intervals to monitor any spread of the virus within your organisation.

The form can be sent to people not listed in the Enrolpay portal. If you have a need to have visitors to your premises, the COVID-19 Exposure form can be sent to them before they visit. Alternatively, if you have to visit external premises eg customer homes/business premises, you can email out the form and receive the customer responses before you make the visit.

Second Free Form: New Starter Forms*

Tired of reading bad handwriting or waiting for a new employee to provide all data necessary to add them to payroll? We have developed a New Starter Form which employers can email out to successful job applicants. Critical Payroll data is collected in the form which on receipt can be authorised to automate the New Employee Record creation. Saving you the time of deciphering the details.

*Please note the automation is only available to Large Payroll Service Users. Assisted Service and Free Payroll Users can collect employee data but cannot automatically create a new employee record from the data.
